Fabulous weekend, great breakfast, friendly & helpful staff.

Pros: Lovely spacious room, very clean & well located for our days out.

Cons: Access from car park confusing. Hotel Theatre Entrance sign is needed & explanation of how to get in.

Pros: Central location but very quiet during the night. Direct access to public garage. Comfortable bed.

Cons: Hotel needs some TLC. Walls in the room had stains. Toilet and bathroom are separated which is not convenient.

Excellent staff from reception to restaurant. Central location but still off from the busy streets is perfect and safe

Cons: The hallways was a bit run down looking with stained carpet. The toilet not having a sink but I think this goes for most Belgian toilets

Superb hotel in every way

Pros: Everything! Consistently good hotel! Ideal location, excellent staff, spacious and comfortable rooms and a quality breakfast. I visit Antwerp six or seven times each year and this is always my first choice hotel.

Great stay in a lovely location but close to everything

Pros: Location was quiet but within walking distance to most attractions Room was large and had a separate bathroom and toilet Breakfast was plentiful and good choice of food Easy access from the hotel to the parking area next door

Recommend it!

Pros: Good location close to Historic Center, hotel is nice, big space downstairs where you can have a cup of tea or coffee or a beer at the bar, very cozy, room was spacious and bed comfortable and massive.

Cons: Hotel itself doesn't have parking but there is one right next to it. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the price of parking. I was expecting €19 with the hotel discount and for some reason been charged €26 (that's with the discount). Only parked from 15.00 to 10.00 so not even 24 hrs. Plenty other parking not far from hotel, maybe they have different prices?

Thoroughly enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend for a holiday stay in Antwerp.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is perfect. Free tea and coffee in the lobby was very handy. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and good quality.

Cons: Bath towels were a little too small and quite worn.
