A comfortable stay with clean rooms and lovely filling breakfast all at a reasonable price.

Pros: A city centre hotel close to the station. The rooms are clean and comfortable with basic amenities. The breakfast has plenty of choice and very tasty.

Cons: The look of the hotel from the outside is a bit of an eyesore but once through the doors it’s a big improvement. The pillows were either lumpy or quite small.

Nice location

Pros: Very nice and silent location, close to the park. Nice view of the park from the room.

Cons: We didn’t like that the sofa was extended as a bed and when my husband went to the reception to ask someone to make the “bed” into a sofa nobody came, they just tell him to make it alone because it’s easy. I didn’t like this, it was not that easy to make it a sofa again, very unprofessional staff

Good hotel in a strategic location

Pros: Location is good, less than 10 minute walk from train station and bus station and same from the shops street that takes you to the city centre. Breakfast was good with many options. Staff friendly.

Cons: Room was not so big for three people. Heating system was going off during the night for no reason, you had to re-start it every few hours

Pros: I would like to thank the hotel staff for preparing a wonderful surprise for my Lady. Was amazing everything

Pros: The rooms were very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Such a good find in the city. I can't recommend this place enough

Cons: The only downside is that the parking is very limited so we had to park in a different facility which is a bit of a walk. Otherwise this place is a steal.

Pros: The hotel was very good, I liked the room design and lighting in the room

Cons: Actually everything was good, but it would be even better if there were a bath in a room. But usually shower is enough

The staff were excellent and very attentive.

Pros: Clean and tidy , nice colours in bedroom, excellent sanitary ware .

Beautiful hotel in central Antwerp

Pros: The rooms look really stylish. The bed was enormous, and the entire room looked like it was recently renovated. It was a really comfortable room.

Cons: The pillows on the bed were about the size of an A4 piece of paper. We found two extra pillows in the closet but that still wasn’t comfortable. We both woke up with a sore neck.

Comfortable, a good price and it met our needs at short notice.

Pros: The room and bed were comfortable and clean. The shower was good. We appreciated the dressing gowns. The hotel was near to Antwerp Central station.

Cons: We booked a room overlooking the park but the road noise kept us awake. If we return we would book a room to the rear of the hotel.
