Very good

Pros: Very large room, excellent pool and sauna, shame the steam room wasn't in operation

Cons: For a large room, a second TV facing the couch would be beneficial

Pros: Great location, close to central station. Convenient for Sportpaleis. Cosy room and despite central location, it was very quiet at night.

Pros: Great locality in the middle of the town, few steps from the railway station. Quiet rooms, kind and helpfull personel. Great swimming pool.

Cons: Poor equipement oft the room (missing boot jack, slippers, bath robes), too soft matraces (according to my opinion), no specialitis in breakfast

Pros: Very good location, tasty breakfast, comfortable room.

Cons: I waited 5 minutes to enter the parking lot because the staff was busy talking to each other. Accessing reception is slightly counterintuitive.

Pros and cons

Pros: Great location and there is a guest parking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, it is spotless clean

Cons: No bath , no individual toiletries, no bathrobe/slippers and the bottle of water in the room is charged at 6 euro . The coffee machine is no good, a kettle would be better. We have been coming for years to this hotel, but we find that it is going downhill and penny-pinching.

Pros: The staff were good + helpful, particularly the person on Reception when I arrived in the middle of the night following dreadful travel. I think his name was Yan + should be given a raise!

Cons: Accessing the restaurant, early closing, I did not get a chance to eat. Hidden charges for using the pool

A comfortable and central hotel perfect for business trips, with friendly staff and great value for money.

Pros: The hotel was centrally located, making it easy to access the main attractions in Antwerp. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable and stress-free. We felt safe and well looked after.

Cons: There wasn’t much to dislike.

Pros: Location and room was spacious and comfy , Not a fan of the Mani bar as i did get an extra charge that was not correct but was resolved instantly

Cons: The gym and swim is an extra 7 euro a day which is not included in the stay would be nice to be able to add it to the booking and the bar is not rely a bar just a room with bottle beers not a draft option.
