Did the job, with good food, rooms and comfortable bed

Great location and great place to stay!!

Pros: The room was excellent with a great bed and tastefully decorated. Although we were facing the main road you didn't really hear much and it was great people watching. Breakfast was adequate and gave a good start to our day. A shout out to Samuel who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The staff we spoke to were friendly and answered our questions. All in all a good hotel to stay in which is a 2minute walk from the train station and near all the restaurants and bars in the area. I would highly recommend.

Cons: The breakfast room could do with a bit of a revamp but served it's purpose.

Pros: The location is INCREDIBLE, right by the central station. Easy access to Antwerps historical sites, shopping scene, and access to public transport to reach further locations such as the AFAS DOME.

Excellent value, comfortable, well-located hotel for a visit to Antwerp

Pros: The staff were helpful and obliging. The room was a spacious double with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was a full Continental Breakfast buffet including a hot choice of bacon and scrambled or boiled eggs. The hotel is around 100 yards from the Antwerp Central Railway Station on a major shopping street with a variety of restaurants and cafes in close proximity. The main tourist attractions and the major shops were all within half an hour's walk of the hotel.

Cons: The noise at c.07.00: it was the street cleaning and deliveries to the surrounding area. The stench of cigarette smoke in the corridor outside our 'No smoking' rooms (where did it come from?).

EXCELLENT CHOICE AT EXCELLENT PRICE, ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE NEEDING MAIN TRAIN STATION

Pros: Fantastic location for the main station. Clean room of a good size and comfortable, very clean bed. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful when we had a medical emergency and the fine young man on reception at that time, who wears glasses, called an ambulance for us.

Cons: We needed a telephone to make external calls, as our mobile phone was not working and the phones in the room were only for calls to hotel reception and so forth. We had to ask for tea and coffee facilities, as there was not already a tray in the room, which we had understood would be available.

Pros: We liked the location, very good, the price for the room and breakfast is good. The rooms at the city side are ok but be careful with noise form outside late a night.

Cons: The staff breakfast and housekeeping very nice and friendly.😎😎👍👍 This is the fourth time we booked this hotel for the reasons we described. But the reception staff is a different thing, so unfriendly, not nice, the evening , morning or night staff, they all the same. Not 1 single time hello how are you , not even a smile. I think they not happy. Always with their head inside the computer at the end of the desk, always have to call them they do not see anything. And you get the feeling it is always to much, we have to leave them alone, There is some work for the owner( manager) to change that.

Pros: Location is excellent. Very close to train station and bus depot while also being just a short walk into the old town. Breakfast was good. Room was a decent size and shower was good. Rooms and all areas were clean.

Cons: Pillows were very hard and twin room single beds were extremely narrow.

Cons: Be up early for breakfast,hot breakfast is limited & not topped up but good selection of continental foods.Buy your own shampoo because only tiny ones left in bathroom but shower is good.
