Timeless charm, modern comfort, impeccable service

Pros: An exceptional stay in a beautifully preserved century-old hotel. The building carries its history with quiet confidence—original details, timeless character, and a sense of continuity you can’t fabricate. Comfort is modern and effortless, but never at the expense of authenticity. Service is attentive without being intrusive. You don’t feel like a guest passing through; you feel temporarily part of the place.

Cons: Unfortunately, extending the stay wasn’t possible due to full occupancy — which, in itself, speaks volumes about the quality of the hotel.

Pros: Tom was an incredible host. He let us check in early (after a very long flight from Australia), gave us amazing recommendations and was a great host. Location was perfect and room had all the right amenities. Would definitely return!

Design forward, yet cosy and wonderful !

Pros: Ease of check-in, amazing location, slept so comfortably and peacefully in the bed, enjoyed Nespresso coffee in the morning, the friendliness of the owners and that I could leave my luggage. Loved the design and the thoughtful touches like chocolate and towel warmer.

Cons: Nothing ! Was perfect !!

Pros: This was our second time here and we had a great stay again (this time in a superior suite). Very spacious room, nicely decorated, comfy bed and good shower. Parking garage across the street and very close to Groenplaats, Cathedral, lots of restaurants and bars. Despite being in the city center it is very quiet, so we slept really well. Easy checking in and out via a well communicated process. We'll be be back again.
