Pros: Location (right next to train station) and very friendly and available staff.

Cons: Limited space and poor cleannining of breakfast room

Good but not Great

Pros: The location was amazing, just right by the diamond neighborhood. The staff was okay as well and the room as nice. Spacious and clean. We liked what the hotel had to offer, fitness, bar, etc. Parking was top. I think even when we would come back we would make another reservation because the hotel was okay all in all, but please look out for the towels which is something that is a bit disgusting.

Cons: However as I told the reception, we had towels that weren’t clean, which is not optimal. They changed it immediately at the reception, but that’s something they could have seen while cleaning. We had 2 lights that weren’t working, one at the entrance where the wardrobe was, so a bit annoying to find my clothes and another near the bed. Maybe just bad luck. However a main point was when we wanted to grab a drink at the bar, the woman (didn’t know the name, but it was a black woman), was very rude. Yes there were some clients but we asked for room service and she answered very impolite that it wasn’t possible because she was alone. Then I asked her to put the bill on our room, she gave me a pen, that didn’t work and she threw it in the bin from the bar and made a loud irritated noise in front of every clients and me and rolled her eyes. I mean not very professional even when she did had a bad day.

Pros: The hotel location is excellent. The staff is exceptional, pleasant, helpful and do everything to help you.

Pros: The people were really nice and helpful, breakfast was excellent and the location is top, no 5 minutes walk from the train station and a major bus stop.

Cons: The room was smaller than it looked on the pictures (though it did have everything that was needed), if i had seen how tiny it was, i probably would not have felt good spending 100 euros on it for one night.

A lovely hotel, great value for money for the location, the staff and the premises themselves.

Pros: I switched to this property after a disappointing booking, at a place which could not help us with our luggage (they could not keep for the day after our stay and that put a spanner in our activities and forced to book another place). So I did not know the hotel. But what a stay! The location, for someone arriving by train, but even someone just wanting to enjoy the beauty of Antwerp, could not have been beat. The room was bright, airy, pleasant and big...it was restful and just so nice. The beds were comfy and the decoration was relaxing and just...really nice. I loved it. The breakfast was good, the staff were incredibly helpful and the location was just the best for people wishing to dip into the nightlife of the city, without needing to take a bus, tram or taxi to come back. Just fabulous.

Cons: A great hotel I would recommend to anyone.

Enjoyable

Pros: Close to everything, cosy room , staff very helpful and happy

Pros: This place is right next to the main train station, making it perfect for anyone planning to travel to other cities. There are plenty of affordable restaurants nearby, and it’s a very short walk to the metro—only two stops away from the city center. I absolutely loved my stay here and will definitely come back next time I’m in Antwerp!

Pros: location, large family rooms, attentive staff, parking availability

Cons: understaffed (we had to bring up our own room service)

Centrally located, nice and clean hotel

Pros: The location is super ideal-centrally located. Rooms are spacious enough

Cons: The noises from outside at night.

Pros: Very central and kind staff. It is worthy and we enjoyed staying there!

Cons: I think that adding some small details like toothpaste, disposable slippers etc would look so nice and even more comfortable for the guests!
