Pros: Amazing guest relations manager who went out of his way to help when our son became ill. He even phoned us when back home to resolve a charge that had been added by mistake. Will definitely return.

Pros: Nice room clean and comfortable breakfast was great and service at the breakfast was excellent the reception as well very friendly and smiling people!

Cons: I would like better pillows the one they have was very soft like a marshmallow 😁 to me that was hard to sleep my head was slipping But everything else was perfect

Gorgeous hotel

Pros: Amazing location, nice big room and I loved that you could choose what room to have before checking in! They send you a link via email. Breakfast had a great variety, hot and cold, also with an option to order from the chef. We parked at the hotel and it was so easy to find and had clear instructions.

Cons: Only thing wrong was that the fridge hummed and knocked all the time and you couldn’t not unplug it as the wire went into the wall
