Comfortable and very friendly staff

Pros: The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed a very good breakfast. But the best part was that the staff were extraordinarily friendly. We loved staying here.

Overall great stay

Pros: The beds were very comfy and the room had great privacy. It was good to place glass doors between the bathroom, bedroom and hallway. I had enough storage room for my luggage and other items

Cons: The ventilation system in the shower was not really working properly or barely working, this resulted in everything being wet and damp for a long period of time.

Cons: The location is ok, on a side street but still very hard to get in and out of the city with traffic.

Pros: This hotel is really well located from Central station so very easy to get to from the airport. Is is very close the grand place and shopping areas so easy access to restaurants and other amenities. Buffet breakfast was great, plenty to choose from and to cater for all tastes and dietary requirements Room was a good size and bed was very confortable. My bathroom was with a shower only which was fine for me. The colleague who was travelling with me had a bath. I would suggest that if you have a preferred requirement to specify it at the time of booking.

Cons: Nothing really. I was only there one night and it was fine We had a issue with our key cards but this was resolved promptly by the team at reception

Pros: We had a pleasant stay at NH Arenberg in Brussels. The hotel is very well located, close to the city center and main attractions, making it easy to walk everywhere or use public transport.

Has some good features!

Pros: Located close to the centre of town and tourist buses, the property had reasonable sized bedrooms. A mini self service snack/drink shop was in the foyer which was handy! The property offered a free drink if you chose not to have your room cleaned. Breakfasts were good and they had a few options for coeliacs, including heating up fresh bread rolls.

Cons: The room was over heated and we had difficulty navigating the heating/cooling system. Also they were not totally sound proof as we could hear workmen outside the building during the night.
