Our stay was wonderful, clean rooms, helpful staff, and the perfect location.

Pros: We had a very good stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were lovely, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend it.

Pros: Hotel is centrally located in Brussels. Easy to access off the main shopping area. The lady who checked us in (didn't get her name) was super helpful and Informative about where to go and where to avoid whilst visiting. Rooms were clean and spacious

Pros: Everything was perfect bigger room. Friendly staff. Cleanness.

Cons: They should have at least a Fan in the room. During summer time it’s hot and we were struggling to sleep.

Pros: Everything was great especialy staff, they were kind always with smile and few nice words at any time of day or night. Hotel is at great location it is close to centre but not on busy street so there is peace at night.

Very nice and helpful staff. Overall a pleasant stay!

Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful. Also the bed was very nice and the room was clean. An excellent location. The bathroom was very spacious and I appreciated the shelves in the room. They were perfect for storing things on while I was there. I also enjoyed hearing the church bells in the day time. That was lovely.

Cons: The walls were thin and you could hear a lot of noise. However, during the night it was pretty quiet. (There was noise from outside in the alley but that’s not the hotel’s fault! When I closed my window the noise was muffled enough.)
