Great place for a short city break with good eco touches.

Pros: Our room was well presented. We liked the sustainability touches. Staff were friendly and the food was very good in the bar area. Water available all the time at the entrance of the hotel which is a great idea.

Cons: We stayed for 3 nights. There were three hangers for hanging clothes and no shelves/chest of drawers. Also the place could do with some coat hooks. Bathroom is tiny but useable even though our room was an executive one.

Practical and Central.

Pros: Very central - walking distance to almost all I had on my list of to-dos. The room was very adequately designed for comfort and work. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Cons: The shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the shower stall hasn’t been refilled and I found out while in the shower :) I suppose can be forgiven since I got the room two hours early.

Wonderful place to stay in Brussels

Pros: Good attention to detail, nice style. Well designed. , comfortable

Cons: Shower gel pump was broken. The breakfast bar area felt a bit cramped.

Perfect stay

Pros: The staff is extremely kind, helpful and efficient. The bar downstairs is great and very convenient. It is also close to the vibrant part of the city and business district (as I was there for work). I will definitely choose The Usual again next time when in Brussels.

Perfect!

Pros: Amazing stay! We were only in Brussels for 24 hours but everything was great! We were greeted with friendly staff, a smooth check in and had a clean spacious modern and comfortable room! The bed was comfy, great shower and amenities i.e handy to have plug sockets by the bed, plenty of lamps, kettle, TV etc. We would stay here again!

Modern, great staff but a bit unpractical

Pros: Great people, very clean and quiet, great design in the rooms.

Cons: Some things are alternative, but very unpractical. The mini-poor-trough coffee is a pain, getting rid of garbage is a puzzle and a quest, took 10 minutes to find out that where the wifi code was.
