Royal Hotel

Pros: There are so many bad reviews, so I was a little nervous about staying here. But my stay turned out to be quite positive. It’s true that there is no lift and the stairs are not comfortable for carrying luggage, but the receptionist helped me with my bag and was super kind the whole time, always willing to help. The room was generally clean, but the toilet was a little bit clogged with paper, which I cleaned myself. The water in the shower was not very hot, more warm, but that depends on personal preference. Other than this, there were no other issues.

Pros: The location is truly excellent, everything is within easy reach. The staff is kind and helpful

Cons: I understand why there are some negative reviews, but I believe the ratings would improve significantly with just a few small adjustments. The shower is inconvenient, especially for women, the sink is very small, power outlets could be more accessible, the desk would serve its purpose better without the fridge on it, and the bed is rather narrow. Also, for this price it would be nice to consider offering breakfast. These are all details that are not difficult to improve, and the overall guest experience would be much more pleasant.

Cheap functional place with nice stuff

Pros: The position is the best since it’s near the metro and the city center of Brussels, the staff is really polite and always ready to help; the room has a big TV but we never used it, the bathroom is small but really functional and they always ask if you want them to clean your room, the bed is really comfortable and the room is always warm

Cons: The bed was a little stained but the bed sheets were clean so it’s all good

Pros: It is very close to all amenities, especially the railway station and Flixbus

Pros: The location it is perfect. The room was clean ,the workers were so friendly. There is a very reasonable price and I would definitely go again.

Good location

Pros: Room was comfortable and warm. Also there was extra heater in case you are cold. If you traveling alone it's perfect place in center. All touristic places were really close to hotel.

Pros: The hotel has a nice Christmas reception, a friendly receptionist who helped me with my luggage up the stairs and a good location near the metro station, many cafés and shopping streets.

Cons: I was very busy that day and couldn't pay attention to details. At the same time, the stairs seem a little steeper than traditional ones, which does not matter for people in good physical shape.

Affordable and good.

Pros: Low cost, comfortable and friendly staff. Funny entrance too!

Cons: There was a window leading to a rooftop that i couldnt close.
