Pros: Great location Rooms even nicer and in better condition than during my last stay

Cons: The hotel is undergoing renovations, so it was a little less pleasant than the last time I stayed there. Contrary to what I was told, there was no one at the check-out desk in the early hours of the morning.

Pros: The staff were very kind. The location was easily accessible to the city center, and with a supermarket nearby, it was very convenient.

OK for a weekend but could be better

Pros: Convenient location, very close to the metro and easy access to the city centre and the train station. Room was clean and spacious, and staff was polite. OK for a weekend.

Cons: While it was clearly newly renovated, it gave the feeling that it opened before the renovation was completed, and a lot of basic things were missing as if they hadn't been installed yet (coat hanger, kettle or coffee/tea). The TV and hair dryer didn't work, and there didn't seem to be a ventilation system in the room. The staff were polite but there seemed to be just one person at all times managing 2 hotels in the same location which made the service strictly minimal. We also found it odd that people could go into the luggage storage room at any time without any supervision. I might consider staying again once it's up and running properly.

great location near the train station

Pros: Great location to the metro and train station. It was also a short walk to get to restaurants and shops. There was a supermarket round the corner which was also helpful. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room but there was one in the lobby which was greatly appreciated.

Totally recommended!

Pros: We had a 3 day stay at the hotel and it was perfect. Arrived at 10am to leave our bags, and the lovely lady from reception checked for us and as our room was already prepared, she checked us in earlier and free of charge, so it was perfect. Bed was really comfy, room was cleaned every day and we had fresh towels every day too. Had a coffee machine in the room, which was a plus too. Location was perfect too, just a 10min walk from grand place. We will be back next year with kids too!
