Spacious apartment, great location, and friendly host

Pros: The apartment is wonderful, clean, and equipped with everything you need. The location is also great—it's within walking distance of Brussels Central Station, as well as the city center, major museums, and attractions. One of my friends had health problems and the host was very understanding and helpful in this difficult situation.

Excellent stay

Pros: Very clean apartment, which is super important! Nice beautiful space. In the centre of the city, in walking distance from everything. Very easy to communicate with the owners, very helpful and kind.

Pros: Great apartment, in the middle of the city, close to everything! It's huge! much bigger than the photos. We loved the apartment and our daughter was crawling safely everywhere. The owner also bought a cot and high chair prior to our arrival which was much appreciated.

Cons: The below are just areas for improvement: - Fix one of the heaters in the living room which wasn't working - Heater in the bathroom wasn't working (or we couldn't figure out how to make it work - It would be nice to have some spare bin bags, dish soap and a sponge - With the Nespresso machine provided, it would be nice to have some coffee pods. The ones that were in the cupboard were used (spiked) and they were Dolce Gusto

Pros: We liked that the property is new, clean, and has high ceilings.

Cons: Overall, the property is nice, but the only bathroom is inside the bedroom. This means that if your child is sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room, they have to walk through your bedroom to use the bathroom at three in the morning. As far as I could see, all the basic tools for cooking were available, but having a pinch of salt and a little olive oil would make things much easier for preparing meals. Also, there was only a capsule coffee machine and no capsules provided.

A cosy, quiet flat in the heart of Brussels.

Pros: What more could you ask for? This well-equipped flat is clean, cosy, and an absolute gem. Communication throughout the stay was seamless and friendly. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Brussels, close to all the main attractions and the hustle and bustle of the city, yet tucked away in a charming side street (next to the office of the Flemish Prime Minister) where you’ll find absolute peace and quiet. After a full day of exploring the vibrant streets of Brussels, you can retreat to this tranquil oasis just a few steps away. The flat offers everything you need: reliable Wi-Fi, two televisions, and even a washing machine. To top it all off, there's a private little terrace – a perfect spot to unwind. I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Brussels.

Cons: To be completely honest, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. The flat was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located. If I had to suggest anything to make it even more perfect, it would be to add an ironing board and an iron. Since there’s already a washing machine, it seems like a natural addition for guests who might want to freshen up their clothes during their stay.

Lovely apartment in Brussels, would come back.

Pros: This is a very clean nicely furnished modern apartment near the centre of Brussels. The owner allowed us to check in early which was great as we got into Brussels at noon. The apartment was very quiet and we slept well with no street noise. The bed was very large and I found comfortable, but maybe it is on the firm side which I like. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Everything was good quality, clean and modern.

Cons: There was no information in the apartment about how things worked, how to cope with rubbish/recycling and the owner did not respond when I asked. There was an issue with the back door, which was open when we got there. We did eventually get it to close and lock. I am sure. the owner will get this fixed, but nobody came during our stay to address the issue. The hot water tank was not massive so make sure you have the first shower!

July visit in fantastic sunshine

Pros: It's a lovely apartment. In an ideal location for sightseeing and shopping. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.Security system without a key was very helpful. Outside little space was lovely in the heat. No view but comfortable.

Cons: No complaints . A few more cups and towels would be good. Each guest had a good quality towel supplied.

Cons: No es una queja, solo como información a los huéspedes. No disponen de cápsulas de café para usar la cafetera.

Pros: とても便利な立地。にもかかわらず静か。 不具合もある程度起こりましたが、オーナーには直ぐに対応していただけました。

Cons: 洗濯機に乾燥機能は有りません。洗剤もありませんでしたので、日本から持ち込んだものを使いました。
