Pros: This plans offer a perfect location, the person in charge was very helpful and highly responsive to all the questions. We arrived early in the morning and had the chance to leave the suitcases at the property being free to walk around without the heavy bags. The house was cozy, comfortable and super clean, coffee, blankets and towels are available. A plus for me: the last day on my way to the airport I realized I forgot something I bought at the property, so I’ve called Aldo and he was so kind to send it to my country. Not only the property was clean spacious and well located but also who takes care of it is super nice. Worth every cents. Highly recommended!!!!

Très agréable appartement pour découvrir Bruxelles.

Pros: L’appartement est vaste, lumineux, bien conçu et confortable. Il est très bien situé près des stations de métro et tram et très près du centre historique..On peut visiter les lieux touristiques importants aisément à pied. Il est aussi situé dans un quartier vivant avec commerces et restaurants et même une grande surface très proche pour faire ses courses. Ce serait judicieux de prévoir des stores plus occultants dans les chambres ( surtout en été).

Cons: Nous aurions aimé trouver sur place un livret d’accueil avec des renseignements sur le fonctionnement des appareils Electro-ménagers, la télévision, les transports en commun, des conseils de restaurants proches….Heureusement Anna a été très réactive et disponible pour répondre à nos questions et résoudre nos problèmes.
