Pros: We had an amazing stay! The staff was very friendly and the room was huge and clean (the whole hotel is new and very modern decorated). There is also an indoor pool that is opened until 23:00, so perfect way to end your day :) The location of the hotel is in a safe neighbourhood, near several European institutions.

Cons: The breakfast was delicious - however as an improvement suggestion, would be nicer to be more diverse.

Pros: I had a really lovely stay overall. The room was gorgeous, very clean, and thoughtfully arranged — it had everything I needed and felt both comfortable and stylish. The bed was especially comfortable, with crisp linens and good pillows, which made it easy to rest after long days out. The location was excellent — close to everything, yet quiet enough at night to relax. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and definitely a great way to start the day. The staff truly stood out: warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They made the experience feel personal and easy. The only small downside for me was that the room temperature felt a bit cold, and the thermostat seemed to be preset, so I couldn’t adjust it to my preference. That said, it didn’t overshadow what was otherwise a very pleasant stay. I would absolutely return and recommend it to others.

Pros: Everything. Great new hotel, comfortable beds, very kind reception and staff. Amazing breakfast except for the coffee machine that seems to live its own life.

Pros: The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were pleasant. helpful and competent. We did use the spa but it looked good. Was also nice to make your own fresh waffles for breakfast.

Comfortable with helpful staff.

Pros: RM 504 Good size, clean and bright with two main windows one having a door onto private roof seating area on roof patio. Large bed with cotton sheets / high tog value quilts, and several pillows.

Cons: Would have liked a sink within the toilet cubical. Roof paviours icy after snow fall.
