Close to Brussels Merode metro station

Pros: Back to this hotel some months after the last stay mainly because of the location: it is convenient to reach the European area and well connected by metro. The staff was kind. The breakfast was ok. This time the quality vs. price balance was good.

Cons: The hotel is basic and a bit dated. But overall it was ok and I will continue considering it for future trips to Brussels

Pros: Everything was perfect from start to finish. The establishment is very pleasant and matches the description. The staff are very professional, welcoming, and always available. They speak English very well, which makes communication much easier. I would definitely recommend it!

Pros: Location, good staff, accessibility. Clean, hot water, bed good.

Cons: After relatively recent total renovation, there seems to be a need for basic upkeep (leaking shower, heating system issues; visibly sloppy installation of camera system in entrance hall). I have used this hotel for years and like it. A shame to see neglect.
