Was great experience.

Pros: The room is nice, location is great. very close to my meeting venue. Very helpful and friendly staffs.

Cons: The shower was a bit broken, but it was manageable.

Great location, staff and comfortable

Pros: Free snacks in the minibar! Helped us with parking which was very much appreciated - thank you! Breakfast was lovely, great selection. Location was good too. Easy check in and check out - staff are fantastic here.

Cons: The shower wasn’t well designed, switched it on and it flooded the bathroom. The frosted bathroom door also doesn’t give much privacy and it didn’t have a lock either.

Good choice for a short stay in Brussels.

Pros: Excellent location, friendly staff, and a small but clean and cozy room.

Cons: I struggled a bit with the water supply in the bathroom, but finally managed! It would be helpful to have some instructions provided there. :)

Pros: Hotel has small shop in lobby - high prices but convenient. Good location. Room equipped with bath tub and shower.

Cons: Room temperature could be a little higher. It was a family room and clearly meant for more than two persons, but there were only two cups, two glasses and one bathrobe - seemed a bit strange. Very basic breakfast. Cleanliness did not seemed a priority..

Cons: It's logistic but ok. There is no space to stop with the car to unload the luggage and guests.

Good stay overall

Pros: The location is ideal for my business appointments. Very polite personel. Very clean. Very spacious room well equipped. Free amenities, bottled water and chocolates, coffee and tea.

Cons: The breakfast is good but more fresh fruits would be appreciated. There were old humidity traces outside the bathroom that could be easily painted/fixed. There was limestone on the top shower head and the shower hose was leaking. The usb sockets near the bed are very usefull but the ones on left side are not working. Details yes, but for a high class hotel like Radisson should not be there.
