Very comfortable for the category!

Pros: Very well located and really clean. Very friendly staff, 3 key cards, nice pool.

Cons: No soap in the separate restroom. They could decrease the heating in the gym.

Pros: Having my own kitchenette (I have food allergies issues). Being on the same floor as the laundrette :-). Secured building. Room was at the back so was quiet. Convenient with local public transport.

Cons: Swimming pool could be opened longer hours. Did not get a chance to go. I asked several times to get a pair of scissors but was declined.

Lovely convenient apartment, perfect for a short stay in Brussels.

Pros: Lovely spacious room with decent kitchen facilities in the apartment. Nice to be able to use the main hotel facilities - gym, spa etc. Really appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available.

Cons: The only issue we had was that, although there were two large flatscreen tvs in the room, neither had smart options (I.e. Netflix/any other streaming service) available, and the only English TV channels available were BBC 1-4. All the other channels were in French/german - totally fair, us being foreigners in Brussels - but there were not even English subtitles available.

Overall experience is good.

Pros: The apartment was quit spacious and good maintained.

Cons: While entering from the parking or exiting, a smell was there. May need some air circulation or some fragrances.

Spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, a little far and some electric issues. Overall good stay.

Pros: Room was very spacious and had all the amenities. Staff was kind and provided extra blankets when asked. Decent location, not too far from transport. The extra sofa bed was also comfortable and the shower was fantastic.

Cons: The bathroom bidet was leaking throughout our stay. The lights and sockets in the bedroom did not work. Although beds were comfortable, the pillows could have been better.

Pros: Good size apartment with Aircon, kitchen well equipped, Bed comfortable, Bathroom large with shower, always hot water. access by lift

Pros: Nice size and good location. Had everything we needed. Had also a car park.

Cons: A bit old somewhere and we had to go to the reception to pay for the parking.

Great place to stay as a self catering suite but the facilities of a lovely hotel next door.

Pros: Ideally situated. To be able to use the facilities of the Renaissance hotel is great as they have a great gym and sauna.

Cons: I was charged twice, by booking.com as well as the hotel despite me raising concerns about this during my stay. It was rectified later but was a stress for me.
