Great hotel for a city break.

Pros: Really good breakfast with high quality pastries. Room is smart and quiet with comfy beds. Close to tram and metro station or walk to main square in 20 minutes. Helpful touches like refillable water.

Cons: Fitness area in the basement is very small but still usable

Pros: Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The lobby of the hotel is nice, with a modern design touch. The rooms are relatively basic but comfortable.

Cons: Compared to the lobby, the rooms could benefit from a small renovation. The lobby looks nice and modern, which is a little unbalanced compared with the rooms. The air conditioning seemed to be centralized and maybe running a bit cold during the night. The TV was set for Arab channels—finding the way to get to European channels was not immediate.

Pros: Friendly professional staff. Staff acted promptly for us to change rooms. Comfortable beds.

Cons: Noise outside the front of hotel where our 1st room was situated. 2nd room extractor fan in bathroom of 518 doesn't work hence the reason there is a lot of mold on tile grouting in shower.

Perfect!

Pros: Extremely comfortable bed Good location, about 2 mins from the metro, Good priced and value for money, Has a fridge which was a bonus We loved everything

Cons: The only negative was probably that we got charged city tax again even though we had already paid it via booking.com And I would have preferred an English tea option rather than only herbal teas etc but that's just a little thing, everything else was perfect
