Pros: Property was in a good location and had really nice facilities. The room was spacious and well laid out and very neat and tidy.

Cons: The property was on a main road and as such there was a bit of traffic which was a bit noisy.

Pros: Location at the heart of Brussels, modern and convenient rooms for a reasonable price.

Cons: If you have a room giving to the street it can be quite noisy considering the tram passing by and the fact that not all windows provide perfect isolation.

Pros: Room was exactly as expected from the photos. Location was very convenient for walking into Brussels.

Pros: It was comfortable and quiet for work and a good night's sleep.

Cons: There was no kettle nor cups for one to make a hot beverage. The hotel beverage maker in the residents kitchen wasn't working. Secondly, there was no TV in the room for one to catch up with news or entertainment.

Great value for money

Pros: The location of the hotel is great, tram station is in front of it and city center is in walking distance. Rooms are nice and clean, although bit small. But, it has ever,thing you need for the comfortable stay.

Cons: Everything is done by machines, check-in and check-out, leaving luggage as well, and it is a bit wierd, but it works. Breakfast was also a bit dissapointing, I expected more.

our stay was very pleasant and great value for money!

Pros: The property was easy to navigate with plenty of facilities

Cons: 2 out of the 3 lifts were broken during our stay, as we were on the 8th floor at times it took a while for the lift to be available. However a member of staff allowed us to use the staff lift which was very kind!

Pros: Great location, a nice walk to the centre and metro is nearby. It is all very nice and designer, I loved the interior details. Check in/out also works great, and the staff were friendly when we had questions. I'd like to mention great coffee and brownies for breakfast.

Cons: The breakfast could be better overall, I'd suggest any kind of eggs to be included in the buffet. The 2 days that we stayed it was mostly the same - cheese, ham, jams, butter, different bread and pastry, and then tortellini, sweet potato, zucchini, squash - which is an odd choice for breakfast. It seemed like a lot of the food was leftover from perhaps a dinner before, and they weren't refilling the plates regularly. We did go in pretty early, around 8.30am, so maybe it is different once it's busier.
