Pros: Spacious room, very comfortable and large bed, nice breakfast, good location, friendly staff

Cons: Bathroom sink was a bit clogged and the shower didn't have much water pressure :( the TV didn't have much to offer (2 channels only)

A really welcoming & relaxed place, very friendly & helpful. I would stay again if in Brussels.

Pros: Breakfast was superb! Fantastic selection , the best breakfast experience I’ve had staying in a hotel.

Cons: Evening menu choice could be improved.

So glad we finally made the choice for the Penta

Pros: The location was half an hour from Grand Place but was close to plenty of shops supermarkets, restaurants etc We all liked the breakfasts there was so much choice . I would have no hesitation in returning

Pros: I liked the room, the very comfortable bed, the breakfast was delicious.

Cons: The TV was not working. When we informed the staff, they told us they already know from other guests but did not solve the issue. The water pressure was low and made showers difficult.

Warm Hospitality and Great Atmosphere, Though Rooms Need a Refresh

Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and comfortable experience throughout our stay, and the downstairs reception and Pentalounge offered a stylish, relaxing space with a great atmosphere. The hotel’s location was also a highlight, with easy access to Brussels Midi, the city centre, public transport, and a nearby shopping street full of food and drink options.

Cons: The hotel rooms were somewhat dated and less cosy compared to the inviting aesthetic of the main areas, with a mouldy shower, a dirty-looking shower tray, and noticeably worn walls and amenities. While the bed and linens were fresh and clean, the overall room experience didn’t quite match the high standard set by the atmosphere downstairs.
