Pleasant hotel with great location for a short visit

Pros: The location was the best highlight of this hotel. The building looks nice but a bit old fashioned. Staff was nice but it felt a bit too “formal”, could have been warmer and welcoming.

Cons: The facilities and rooms are not very modern but everything worked fine. Got an issue with hot water in the shower though. It is an okay value for the price, but if you’re looking for high-end accommodation, it’s not the best option.

Lovely comfortable stay in a very pleasant hotel with a nice high end feel to it. Super comfortable bed ensured an excel

Pros: Beautiful public areas which were well kept and immaculate. Exceptionally comfortable king size bed. Very good breakfast. Housekeeping was first class - towels changed etc

A wonderful stay at the Steigenberger

Pros: The hotel was extremely comfortable and ideally located. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding is of excellent quality. All the necessary amenities were provided. This is a hotel I've visited several times, and the welcome is always warm. A special shout-out to the receptionist/ doorman/ concierge, who was very friendly (and charismatic).

Pros: We stayed at Steigenberger Icon Wiltcher’s for just one night and absolutely loved it! 🌟 The hotel is elegant and perfectly located on beautiful Avenue Louise, surrounded by shops and cafés. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and spotless, with incredibly comfortable beds. The staff were polite and attentive, and check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety and a cozy atmosphere. A perfect place for a comfortable stay in Brussels — highly recommended!
