Brussels comes across as a business centre with work-focused vibe, stunning Grand Place and seafood.

Pros: The hotel is in a safe area of Brussels, on Avenue Louise, and presents itself as well-appointed, with large rooms, marble and golden details in the bathroom, but it feels a bit dated. The room was clean and comfortable, but the stairs leading to the rooms are narrow and uncomfortable, and the lift is small and feels a little unreliable. However, the staff are very friendly and always ready to help when you need it.

Cons: It takes me about half an hour on foot to reach the Albert Borschette Congress Centre and the same to the city centre. However, I didn’t feel very safe walking alone at night from the Grand Place back to the hotel, so I would recommend using Uber or the metro.

Pleasant stay in Brussels

Pros: Friendly welcome. Great location right off Avenue Louise, near Place Stephanie, so it is well connected to public transportation and within walking distance of interesting neighbourhoods. The room was surprisingly large, and the bathroom was well equipped.

Cons: Decor is a bit outdated. We couldn’t control the temperature in the room, and it was rather warm at night. There was a noticeable “dislevel” between the two mattresses which made up our bed.

Pros: We stayed in this hotel a couple of times already, this time we got a smaller room but it was very comfortable and clean, and overall we had an excellent experience. Would recommend!

Pros: rich and varied breakfast buffet (some more plant-based proteins would be nice, though), very friendly staff, generous room size, a bathtub, quiet location, but within a few minutes walking from trams and metros.

Cons: there's a nespresso-style coffee machine in the rooms, which has a hot water function, but no tea bags

Great neighbourhood

Pros: Very good location. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Room was huge. 7 min walk to laundromat if required. 'Quality Wash'. Hotel staff were very pleasant. If hungry, try their Chicken and Mushroom risotto.. Yum! Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Excellent position of the hotel near Luisa Station. The personnel was very kind and ready for everything you want. The room was quite big and warm. Also the bed was very comfortable. Of course the breakfast was full and hearty!
