Pros: Staff were welcoming and professional. The location is great. Very comfortable stay overall. Highly recommended.

Cons: Minor remark about the lack of staff in the breakfast area - there wasn't anyone to assist guests with e.g. decaff coffee, ingredients information for allergies, etc.

Pros: My room felt very luxurious and I loved the soaking tub. The bedding was very comfortable. The staff was also exceptional. It's relatively close to public transport and I was able to walk a big circle very easily from here.

Cons: It was difficult to figure out the AC and heater controls. But eventually I was able to get it. The TV was also a bit challenging to understand. But it all worked out.

Pros: It was in a beautiful old building and very sympathetically presented on the inside. The breakfast area was lovely and light with a large glass vaulted ceiling

Cons: The room was very hot but that is a preference to us so not really something the hotel did wrong. The breakfast was very nice but could have been a little more comprehensive and a coffee machine never makes coffee as well as being made personally

Great hotel near Louise, feels like home

Pros: + Super service, extremely nice staff + Really good, varied breakfast + Close to the metro train station (Louise), just a little walk + Big, ample rooms, felt really high quality and luxurious + Lots of free amenities

Cons: - Literally nothing to improve, it was a lovely experience
