Pros: My favorite hotel In Brussels! Excellent breakfast, amazing spa and super kind team!

Pros: The Hotel is in a great location close to the metro, shops and supermarket. Small but boutique as described and well maintained - easy to recognise from outside. Staff we're lovely. We hadn't purchased breakfast but the breakfast/dining area looked nice. Very quiet hotel despite being on main street - we had a room at the back and had no sleep disturbance.

Cons: On the day we arrived, there was not hot water in the hotel/bathroom - no communication was shared to the hotel guests until we asked at reception. However, the concierge team (Julian - I think) gave us access to the spa that evening as there was some luke warm water available downstairs and not as cold as our bathroom shower. We were able to warm up in sauna afterwards. The spa access continued next morning as compensation.

Peaceful, Good Value of Money & Accommodating

Pros: The pictures and reviews is exactly what you see online, plus very modern but yet aesthetically pleasing for sure. The reception staff were so lovely and accommodating. We arrived earlier than the usual check in time which we told them that my sister and I don’t mind leaving our luggage and coming back but they insisted that they get our rooms ready so we can relax because traveled since the early dawn. Plus, where the hotel is located is like central where all your favourite shops and high brands are placed which we didn’t have the time to explore because we had an itinerary on places to see but very good area plus not too far away from getting the Eurostar. Lastly the spa downstairs was good!!! Very good value for money if you wanted a chill day and relax

Cons: Well, the rooms were sort of small and not enough space compare to other hotels that me and my sister been to but I guess your getting the value for your money. The breakfast was really ok but not enough variety of options in my opinion

Pros: Wonderful hotel, great great location, lots of nice bakeries around, close to the Horta museum, peaceful neighborhood, not far from touristic centre but far enough to avoid crowds. Great spa. And very lovely, attentive staff. Highly recommend

Pros: •Like usual (not the first time I stay) the service from the personnel is top tier. Reception, housekeeping and bartenders. • The spa and gym room are as great as always, perfect for a relaxing moment since they have a very wide opening and closing range of hours. • The shower pressure is amazing, the bathrooms are pristine and the beds are super comfortable

Cons: • You can't have regular TV'S without access to streaming services in 2025, I'm sorry but at this point it is kind of an industry standard for a hotel like this. •The room's balcony had a massive light stripe that made it impossible to get a good night sleep, I don't know why those lights are there but they serve no purpose other than bothering. • Wires exposed in the room • Shortage of flip flops for the spa • Building and rooms started to show detriment

Nice hotel but maybe a little below the average for a 4-star hotel.

Pros: The room was overall nice even if not particularly big. It had a nice digital control system for lights and air conditioning. The common areas are small but comfortable. The hotel is in a nice area fairly close to metro and public transportations.
