Pros: Hospitality and services both are incredible. We stayed there for two days and the staff ensured to have the room cleaned and warmed up by the time we return after sightseeing. Would definitely like to stay again in future.

A good place to stay for business travel

Pros: Convenient location, really close to the metro station and the EU quarter, with restaurants/pubs nearby. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet. My room on the 8th floor was spacious and tidy, with a nice view. Comfortable bed and pillows for a good night's sleep. A kettle with complimentary water, coffee and tea bags was available in the room and much appreciated. Convenient large desk with a lamp, and power outlets close-at-hand. The bathroom was clean and equipped with complimentary toiletries. The staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly. I would stay again.

Cons: Rich breakfast buffet, which I had included in the room rate thanks to my Genius rewards, otherwise I would rate it as a bit expensive. As a personal preference, I am not a huge fan of floor carpet.

Cons: There is a very strong air freshener smell at the main entrance.

Pros: Quiet room. Good bed. Friendly and professional staff.

Cons: Breakfast OK but excellent. Considering price point and hotel otherwise, breakfast was a bit of a letdown. I would liked to have: better coffee - espresso and cappuccino option, gluten free options visible, more fresh veggies and fruits. Hashed eggs were also a bit dry and lame tasting. Also, AC was not functional in the room! I had to open window, which was fine to me.

Great location would stay again.

Pros: Very good location. 30-minute walk into the city centre. Restraunts and bars close by. Near metro station and buses. Bus 12 around the corner to take you back to the airport ( schuman stop). Staff in the hotel were very helpful. Would stay again.

Cons: Bit far from the city centre. There are very few places around for breakfast.

Good for groups

Pros: It was located close to bars and convenience stores. Also close to the underground to gain access to other areas ( recommend Rue Sainte-Catherine area) Rooms/en suite was fine/clean. Staff were friendly.

Cons: Only a small negative. It was a bit of a process to check in where we all had to hand over a credit card (7 of us) It perhaps would have been better if just the one credit card was used for the whole party or at least one person per room. (We booked all rooms in one booking)

Pros: The hotel location is particularly good in vicinity of the EU institutions. The reception staff with whom I have interacted during the check in process they were particularly helpful.
