Pros: Perfect location with restaurants, residential buildings, 2 parks, public transportation, all a few minutes walk away. Right next to European Council. I love the huge room overlooking the city. My favorite Brussels hotel.

Pros: The room is huge, really really spacious! Very good location, 5 minutes away from the metro station and a really calm spot. The staff were great, helpful and polite.

Cons: There are no amenities (we had to pay for toothpaste) and no slippers either, which is disappointing for such a nice looking hotel and room. Also, our room was right next to the hotel sign, which is super bright, and the curtains do not cover up the light well, so that’s also a bit disturbing.

A pleasant stay

Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, breakfast was excellent, the view from the room was stunning, and the location is fantastic.

Cons: Cleanliness was slightly below the usual standard on the first day but everything was perfectly cleaned the following day.

Pros: The apartment was big , well equipped and the view was on a backyard with a gardena with trees. The location was perfect. In the heart of the EU district and minutes away from the centre.

Pros: I have stayed at this hotel several times and everything has always been very good. Thi time, I would especially like to highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep.

Cons: During this stay I had issues with the Wi-Fi connection in my room, as it did not work. The signal was only available closer to the elevator, so the internet coverage in the room should be improved.
