Extraordinary view

Pros: The location is excellent. View is extraordinary. Breakfast selection was great.

Cons: The staff was not the most friendly - with the exception of a female employee at the reception. Every other staff we encountered (male staff at the reception, staff at breakfast area) was not the most pleasant. One would expect a more welcoming attitude at a hotel which sells the stay as an experience.

An exceptional stay with outstanding comfort, excellent facilities, and a wonderful breakfast!

Pros: Very nice breakfast with a lot of options. Everything was constantly warmed and fresh.

Cons: The room with a bathroom not well separated from the bedroom.

Excellent! Would go back for sure!

Pros: The location is amazing! I usually opt for more central location but this was our favourite spot! In this case I am so happy for this almost central yet away from the crowded central location! The breakfast room is amazing too! The view from my room! The scent of the hotel! The free tour I found by accident when talkin in the reception.

Cons: Breakfast was excellent in terms of variety but not excellent in terms of quality. Still, it was excellent for the price! No concierge! I understand that we can find everything online, but I would appreciate if the reception or a concierge (not available) would provide some guidance.

Pros: Very nice and cozy modern hotel. Everything is clean. Perfect view over the city. Location is very convenient, 15 minutes walk from central station and old town. Excellent breakfast.

Great breakfast, great location. Tiny bit more maintenance needed.

Pros: Great location. Fantastic breakfast - lots of variety and very tasty. Generally nice looking hotel. Pretty helpful staff.

Cons: Needs a bit better maintenance. The security door guard / latch was not fixed properly (having been broken from the outside it seemed) so it was limp and would not latch. The movable shower head holder would not stay up - and a screw fell out of it - meaning I had to balance the shower head on something else to keep it up in place.

Pros: Iconic building, spacious and well kept, mini spa with different saunas.

Cons: Needs updating, some parts and furniture are a bit tired. Suprisingly noisy.

Pros: Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Comfortable room with excellent view. Food options for breakfast were excellent. Would reccomend and definitely stay again! Great spa facilities. Thank you! We travelled for our anniversary and it was a lovely stay.
