Royal South - Apartment Antwerp with Parkview

An airy, modern apartment in a cool neighbourhood

Pros: The apartment was lovely, with high ceilings, nice 60s touches, and a fresh, modern, airy atmosphere. Spotlessly clean, too. The location was great - away from the hubbub but near excellent galleries (KMSKA is just round the corner), brown cafes (we loved Cafe Boekowski especially) and eating spots. We had great communication with the hosts, who provided clear and helpful information, and were quick to respond. Recommended!

Fantastic apartment overlooking park in nice south neighbourhood

Pros: Nice, clean and bright apartment in quiet area but with several restaurants, bars and museums nearby.

Cons: It was great. We were a family and worked well for us but only bathroom is the en suite.

Pros: Very nice apartment. I had everything for my needs to stay 3 nights. Comfortable bed, soft duvet, perfect hot water in shower, fully equipped kitchen and siting room. Great location, close - river, shop, cafe, beautiful park for walking. Easy check-in and check-out, good and quick contact with owners.

Pros: Very nicely furnished apartment with all the necessary things for a short or long stay. Clean and comfortable, excellent position for visiting Antwerp.

Pros: The hosts (Paula & Diego) were very attentive to your needs and giving the correct and complete details. The area was calm and so beautiful (thankfully it was a nice weather) to walk around. Not far from the tram station going to the Central station of Antwerp. There are supermarkets nearby. Well equipped apartment and the fragrance when you enter the door, wow it’s very welcoming. I was very happy that they allowed me to checked in earlier and it’s a plus point for them. Lastly, I feel overwhelmed about the surprise they gave me during my arrival.

Pros: Great location, nice, light apartment, spacious, only a 15 min walk to centre. Close enough to Antwerp South Station (we walked even tho we had suitcases, as only one stop on the tram). Close to some nice inexpensive places to eat (esp. the new Moroccan cafe, Niya), and handy to a small supermarket. Opposite a lovely linear park. Excellent communication with host.

Cons: As we like to cook, we would have liked a few more kitchen utensils, and a draining board.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location with a perfect host!

Pros: Perfect location and apartment for a (even longer) stay in Antwerp to discover the city. Paula is a very attentive and nice host who answers every question, provides helpful recommendations and is always available when needed. The apartment was very clean, well fitted and spacious.

Pros: The best apartments during our trip to the Netherlands and Belgium. beautiful decoration, cozy atmosphere. Clean and modern. Every detail has been thought through for ease of living. Lots of space, light, quiet and pleasant. Diogo and Paula are friendly, thoughtful and caring hosts. Excellent underground parking right at the entrance. Obrigado!

Pros: Perfect location close to the trams and central Antwerp is only a few minutes away. Great local cafes and restaurants. Easy check in and the apartment has everything you need for a long or short stay. Quiet building and comfy bed.

Cons: No negatives at all.
