Pros: View from apartment (last 4th floor); a lot of furniture, a comfortable bed, a douche, a lot of spaces; tram stop is near the building

Cons: smell from the bathroom, but it is a very small point compared to pluses

Pros: Great appartment we stayed 1 night in appartment 4 and 1 night in appartment 2. Both were great. Kitchen very well equiped you could cook a full meal if needed. Bed is very comfortable and bathroom very spacious. Both appartment were spotless clean, owner responded always within minutes. The area of the appartment is also great, supermarket across the street, parking garages nearby if needed and trams and busses are going all ways. Would highly recommend these studio's

Pros: Great location, apartment was perfect. Clean and comfy. Clear instructions for entering with codes.

Cons: The sofa was uncomfortable and the vent in the bathroom was very loud and we didn’t know if we could turn it off.

Pros: Super clean, in a good location, and spacious studio. I liked the organization and accessibility.

Cons: The floor makes some sound when you are walking (towards the toilet). The towels and bed sheets, although clean, they were not white in colour. The sudio had no lift and no TV.

Pros: Great apartment in great and quiet location. Close to public transport. The area is very nice with lots of restaurants and coffee places. Very clean, brand new and all amenities are there. We loved it !!!

Stylish apartment in great locarion

Pros: Stylish apartment in great quiet place and I will be 🍒 location 5 mins tram ride to old town. Close to river and art gallery. Cafes and supermarket very close

Cons: We had the top floor apartment. As others say a good 80 steps to get there but well worth the spectacular view

Spacious Apartment in a great location

Pros: Very roomy studio (more like an apartment) in a nice area in South Antwerp. Plenty of space with a full size sofa, dining table, decent well equipped kitchen, separate bed area and big bathroom. French doors that open up to let in plenty of air which was lovely in the summer weather. A quiet street with good transport nearby, decent sized supermarkets and a few nearby restaurants and bars. The apartment was in impeccable condition.

Cons: We had the first floor apartment so it wasn't an issue but accessing the higher floors with no lift could be challenge for the less mobile or with large suitcases. There is no TV which might be a thing for some.

Perfect

Pros: It was spacious and had great roof top views through a full height full width window. Handy local bar, supermarket, excellent pizza restaurant, and two tram lines Nos 1&4.

Cons: The studio is on the top floor and had steep stairs and there are 80 of them.

Pros: We absolutely loved the apartment. It was comfortable, well-appointed, and in a perfect location. The bed was so comfortable we slept like babies. We will definitely recommend it to others. Many thanks.
