Antwerp old town triplex apartment

Nice and central, well equipped

Pros: Closer to the Christmas Market is not possible:-) Comfortable and well equipped apartment, very central. We will definitely come again.

Cons: Narrow stairs, come with smaller bags preferably

Pros: The apartment was nice and the living rooms spacious

Cons: I should have checked beforehand about the stairs. No fun lugging heavy suitcases up two flights. Also there wasn't really enough space in the second bedroom to separate the beds. The main bedroom didn't have a blind on the window and the square was lit all night Climbing in and out of the bath for a shower wasn't easy because it was so high

Pros: Location of the apartment was at the center of Grotte Markt square. It couldn't get any better. It had all the amenities you would expect.

Cons: The apartment is located above an icecream store. The apartments layout is three separate floors. The stairs are very steep and narrow, older people can struggle. Corridor conecting the rooms are also narrow to the point you have to shut the door in order to open the opposite one. There was also a fee per day for cleanning the apartment upon your departure.

Pros: The location is stunning! Right on the Grote Markt with all the wonderful historical buildings around you. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and well equipped. We visited in January and it was very warm and cosy. We didn't cook there so I don't know if the kitchen appliances are good or not, but everything was clean and we found everything we needed for a short stay with 4 friends.

Cons: I answered the emails from the owner but they go to a no-reply email at Booking.com so I don't know if they saw my replies, but we did have a wonderful time, so just wanted to say thank you!

Fantastic apartment looking over the grote market.

Pros: The apartment is beautifully furnished, looking out over the main square with the cathedral to the rear. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Not the hosts fault but beware the clean air zone and register before you travel.

Gorgeous triplex in the old city of Antwerp

Pros: The location was amazing right on the square, and the building is beautiful. The apartment was well-equipped and very comfortable. The view from the kitchen and the top floor was beautiful.

Cons: There are many stairs to get to the apartment and then in the apartment too, so it will not suit anyone with mobility issues. It was a bit of a struggle to get the luggage up and down the stairs. It is also good to know that since the apartment is on the square, uber's and taxi's can't leave you at the door so you will need to walk a little bit to get to the apartment.

Would choose this place again!

Pros: Amazing location right in the heart of Antwerpen. The property is very spacious and a wonderful place to spend your time when not exploring the city.

Cons: Was a bit difficult to find the first day. Would be good to mention that it is by the ice cream store.

Pros: Really super flat, much more space than we expected and good double glazing. Kitchen/dining area was lovely and so was the upstairs living room. One bedroom quite small but overall very spacious and light. Exceeded our expectations.
