Great place right in the heart of Old Town

Pros: Superb location, the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our one-night stay.

Magisch..Een leuke, toffe ervaring als toerist in eigen koekestad in dit mooie pand met mooi zicht op onze kathedraal

Pros: Natuurlijk de locatie en het pand zelf. Echt prachtig. Alles was ook heel netjes.

Cons: De steile trap was niet zo gemakkelijk met een grote koffer. Best kleine koffers nemen. En het geluid om de 5 minuten soms overdag maar ook ‘s nachts, maar was op te lossen met goede earplugs ☺️

good place to stay 1 or 2 days in the center of Anvers.

Pros: beds confortable. Place into the historic center. the parking was near the location.

Cons: nothing.

Magnifique appartement à côté de la grande place d'Anvers au centre ville. Easy acces

Pros: Juste a côté de la la grande place d'Anvers c'était vraiment sympa et magnifique.

Cons: Seulement les voisins qui ont loué à côté ont fait beaucoup de bruit.

Heel fijn!

Pros: Net en verzorgd appartement dat overeenkomt met de beschrijving. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf. De communicatie met de host verliep vlot en duidelijk.

Lekker verblijf in een leuk appartement op een fijne plek in Antwerpen!

Pros: De plek van dit appartement is top. Super centraal en wanneer je naar buiten stapt zie je direct de Grote Markt en de Lieve Vrouwenkathedraal. Via Booking zijn de mensen goed te bereiken. Het appartement is schoon en gezellig (maar basic) ingericht. We zouden zo nog eens terugkomen!

Cons: Het dekbed vonden wij wat minder. Hopelijk kopen ze nog eens een donzen dekbed, zodat het nog wat prettiger slapen wordt.

Nice apartment at very central location

Pros: The location couldn’t be more central! We stayed there mid-December and the Christmas market was a 1-minute walk away. We were staying in apartment 1, which was nice and spacious, and nicely decorated. The bed and the sofa bed were comfortable, and there was enough room to move around. A coat hanger would have been handy, though.

Cons: There is no reception and you get a WhatsApp message with a code to open the key box outside the front door. It is a bit impersonal that way, but it worked. The entrance and staircase were a bit weird. The back of the wooden stairs to the next floor were leading through our apartment, so you heard the people walking up and down. At night it was quiet, though. There is no door between the living room and the bedroom. There is enough privacy, but the noise and light from the living room might be bothering if one of the guests wants to sleep earlier. Another thing that was confusing was that they seem to operate under different names, so you are getting messages from different senders: NEW Central old town - Exclusive Residences, Home & Hill, and Gigi Homes.

Confortável

Pros: A localização é muito boa e o apartamento é superacolhedor e bem decorado. A cama é também muito confortável.

Cons: Não havia um único cabide. Em lado nenhuma da casa. Na parte do lavatório, tive de abrir uma caveta para colocar a toalha. Na parte do duche, tive de colocar uma cadeira da cozinha para pôr toalhas. Com o frio, faz falta uma manta no sofá da sala. A casa é MUITO ruidosa. É um prédio antigo. Eu compreendo. Mas é uma casa com muita falta de investimento em isolamento de ruído. O chão não é estável, faz ruído... Parte da escada de madeira está literalmente dentro deste apartamento. Sempre que alguém sobe... E ouve-se muito os vizinhos. O gel de mãos estava partido. E só havia 1 frasco no lavatório da casa de banho pequena.

Pros: Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Das Parkhaus in der Nähe (2 Minuten zu Fuss) ist ebenfalls nicht all zu teuer (30 Euro für 24h). Check-in war einfach und gut zu finden.

Cons: Achtung, sehr steile Treppen zum Zimmer 2.

Pros: Very nice apartment, everything you need for comfortable stay. Super location. Of course it's a bit noisy till midnight (in bedroom is quiet), but you must remember that you are in centrum!
