Nice apartment on the outskirts of the city, perfect for those travelling.
Pros: Really comfortable bed and the apartment had everything we needed for the stay. Bathroom was nicely done too!
Cons: Could do with a little renovation and the flooring seems to be coming up in some places and the stairs to the bedroom are a bit dodgy.

Enjoyed staying at this apartment but for the pillows.
Pros: Very quiet. Pleasant top floor apartment with a great kitchen. Good shower. Very easy key collection. Only two minutes walk to a tram stop.
Cons: The pillows are not suitable for sleeping because they are so big. The steep flights of stairs could be a problem for some visitors - old or very young.

Nice place to stay in Schaerbeek
Pros: The kitchen has everything you need, bathroom is nice and modern. The location is good, only a short walk from the tram stop which goes direct to the city centre and midi train station. Lots of space for one person. The bedroom is on the top floor in the loft so it was relatively quiet although sometimes you can hear the aeroplanes at night. WiFi was good, never had any issues with it.
Cons: Front door of the building is difficult to open - you need to turn the key twice then push it quite hard. The window blinds are very difficult to open and close, the string doesn't work so you need to pull them down manually - they are very worn and need a refresh. No TV so had to use my laptop for streaming.

Pros: The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and it is well connected. Tram 10 brings you to the Gare du Nord, the city centre and Brussels Midi in 10 to 20 minutes (in that order, from the apartment), but I usually walked (roughly 20 minutes to the Gare du Nord and 40 minutes to the city centre, with plenty of shopping and excellent falafel - kebab - 🍟- opportunities on the way). Less than a 10 minutes' walk from the apartment are good size supermarkets with fair prices, including Aldi and InterMarche on rue Jerusalem, and on the same street there is Istanbul, an excellent fair priced falafel - kebab grill (fresh falafel pita and drink for less than 10 euros - I recommend to add Andalusian sauce and share some of the best fries in town!).

Pros: A cozy apartment with an adequate kitchen, fine bathroom and living-room upstairs with a nice bed. We liked our stay and communication with the host was very easy! Also public transportation was close, and centrum was rechable by foot (if you like walking).
Cons: Some small details needed fixing; loose kitchen cabinets and sink amatures. And the temperature in the fridge was really low / vegetables froze in there. But otherwise very fine.

Very functional and lovely accommodation within central district.
Pros: Apartament was located walking distance to the city centre and close to public transportation. The apartment was freshly renovated, spacious and thought through. The landlord was easy to reach and communicative. There was a late check out time, 12pm. Our dog was also looked after with prepared bed and a dog bowl for him.
Cons: Hard to find parking around the property

Pros: Everything was perfect, nice and clean, unfortunately one the radiator doesn't work and place was a bit cold, we met the owner too he was a nice person, tried to fix the problem but during our short stay it didn't happen.

Mutkatonta ja mukavaa asumista lähellä keskustaa
Pros: Siisti ja tilava asunto, jossa oli kaikki tarvittava: keittiövälineet ja astiat, pyykinpesukone ja tiskikone, pyyhkeet ja pesuaineet. Makuuhuone yläkerrassa oli ihan hauska lisäys tunnelmaan ja toi rauhaa nukkumiseen. Kattoikkunat antavat myös omanlaisensa tunnelman.
Cons: Asunnossa oli hieman viileä. Kääntelin patterien termostaatteja, mutta en saanut lämpöä lisää. Majoituin lokakuun alussa. Olisin voinut kysyä tästä majoittajalta, mutta se jäi tekemättä, kun keskityin mm. aamutoimiin ja töihin asunnossa ollessani. Ja sain kuitenkin nukuttua oikein hyvin, koska oli paksu ja lämmin peitto.
