Bon séjour, la qualité de l'accueil de l'hôte fait vraiment la différence

Pros: Appartement au 1er étage d'un immeuble propre et bien tenu. Joli style bruxellois (haut plafonds, moulures, brique) que j'apprécie. Hote charmant : disponible, se déplace en personne pour donner les clés et faire visiter, répond rapidement. Interieur très propre meublé moderne, spacieux avec 1 chambre lit double et 1 salon avec canapé lit et cuisine attenante. SdB propre, savon, serviettes impeccables.

Cons: L'emplacement est un peu excentré, dans un quartier populaire mais accessible en tram facilement (30min du centre environ). Pas d'insécurité notable alors que je suis rentré de nuit.
