Comfortable and well-equipped
Pros: A good-sized modern studio flat in a quiet part of Antwerp, about 15-20 minutes walk from the historic centre and from the railway station. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom and comfortable large bed and sofa. The flat looks out to the rear courtyard, which is quiet.
Cons: Very little to fault, though the flat has large windows (only one of which can be opened), so it tends to become very hot in sunny weather.

Pros: Great location, cosy and small studio but suitable for a stay for 2 or even 3(couple and kid) everything you may need was available in the studio
Cons: 4th floor, narrow stairs no elevator. If you come in and out frequently it can be a good extra exercise:)

Sehr gute Lage und Ausstattung, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit Verbesserungspotenzial
Pros: Sehr gute Lage (20 Min. bis Grande Place, 100 m Radius von Geschäften, Restaurants), Studio mit sehr gute Ausstattung, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin - gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Was man in Kauf nehmen soll: das Apartment befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss (ohne Fahrstuhl!) und hat keine Klimaanlage (nur ein Ventilator). Einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz kann man im ca. 150 m entfernte Indigo Parking Nationale Bank finden (besser vorher reservieren!). Very good location (20 minutes to Grande Place, 100 m radius from shops, restaurants), studio with very good facilities, friendly and helpful hostess - good value for money. What you should take into account: the apartment is on the 3rd floor (without an elevator!) and has no air conditioning (only a fan). An underground parking space can be found in the Indigo Parking Nationale Bank, about 150 m away (better to reserve in advance).
Cons: Keine Klimaanlage - bei Außentemperaturen über 32 °C!

Sehr gute Lage, gute Ausstattung und etwas mehr Sauberkeit.
Pros: Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kommt fußläufig überall hin. Das große Bett war sehr bequem. Der Check-In wie auch der Check-Out verlief ohne Probleme. Netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.
Cons: Es könnte sauberer sein, besonders der Kühlschrank war nicht sehr sauber. Es fehlt leider ein Insektenschutz am Fenster.

Pros: Evin konumu ve rahatlığı çok iyiydi. Evin sıcaklığı dekorasyonu ve mutfak malzemeleri tüm beklentilerimizi karşıladı. Anahtarın yerini verilen talimatlarla kolayca buldum. Bebeğimiz için mama sandalyesi ve çocuk yatağı da verildi.
Cons: Evin 3. katta ve dar merdivenlerle çıkılması çocuklu ve büyük bavulları olan aileler için biraz zorlayıcı. Ayrıca apartmanın iç kapısını acmak için ışık hızında haraket etmeniz gerekiyor. Yatak çarşafında da bir yırtık vardı ama tüm bunlar konaklamamızı olumsuz etkilemedi. ☺️
