Immaculate property, all mod-cons and super hosts.
Pros: The property had everything that you would want in your own home, even down to Listerene and pocket tissues. The hosts checked that everything was OK on the first evening and brought me some ice. The property is very spacious and kept cool even though the outside temperature reached 36 degrees.
Cons: The property has large windows in the living room but there is no real cross ventilation to the bathroom. The bedroom has a very good and quiet ceiling fan but the living room could do with something similar.

Pros: Everything was perfect in the house and the host is always available. Metro stop at 50metres and in 10 you can be in the central station of anversa. Highly recommended

I stayed solo for 10 days.
Pros: The studio is very open and spacious. It's very close to the tram stops, so getting anywhere you want is super easy. Sofa is very comfy, as is the bed, and it has all the amenities you would need and more.
Cons: The pillows are very soft, which is not quite my thing, but the cushions for the sofa were very nice and to my preferences.

Pros: Without doubt THE BEST place I've stayed in. It was incredibly well-equipped, spotless, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. I could have happy stayed indoors all day, instead of sight-seeing! Hosts were very easy to contact and I was met at the property, with keys and details of how to work things. Super markets were only 10 min walk away, and tram stop was 30sec from front door.
Cons: A little far from city centre, but tram was very accessible, so only a problem if someone wanted a central location - not a problem for me though! :)

Pros: Ruime, schone en modern ingerichte studio. Badkamer en keuken zeer goed uitgerust met voldoende handdoeken en keuken equipment. Prima ontvangst en uitleg door host Erik, prettige en snelle communicatie bij sleuteloverdracht.
Cons: In badkamer was enkel een kiepraam uitkomend op garage ipv kiep raam met buitenlucht.

Rundum sorglose und erholsame vier Übernachtungen.
Pros: Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Erik ist angenehm und unkompliziert. Erik reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. Außerdem nahm er sich bei der Schlüsselübergabe viel Zeit, um uns das Apartment vorzustellen, sowie uns einen ersten Überblick zu Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs in der Umgebung zu geben. Sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Apartment im Erdgeschoss eines Eckhauses in einer Reihenhaussiedlung. Es ist ruhig und man findet problemlos zu jeder Tageszeit einen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Die Tram, mit der man in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist, ist gleich um die Ecke. Gute Ausstattung und Möblierung, sodass es einem an nichts mangelt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden um Kochen zu können.
Cons: Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.

Pros: Die bisherigen sehr guten Bewertungen sind absolut gerechtfertigt! Eric ist ein überaus netter Gastgeber, die Wohnung war bestens, sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet. Ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten rund um die Wohnung, die Parkgebühren kann man schon vorher online begleichen.
Cons: Wir haben leider - wie auf den Bildern dargestellt - übersehen, dass es nur eine Bettdecke gibt. Das war sehr ungewohnt für uns.
