Beautiful place for rest for family or anything you can imagine

Pros: Beautiful Property amazingly located in the city centre very clean was highly recommended to everybody. Property is huge more than what we expected. Great Christmas decorations as well all in all a beautiful place with all the great facilities inside.

Cons: There is nothing to complain about. It is a 10 out of 10 Property.

Nice place

Pros: The location was very good, central. The rooms where big, but in order to get to the bathroom with the shower, you needed to go through one bedroom.

Cons: I didn’t like the bathroom with the toilet, very small and no window to open.

Pros: This place was really beautiful and the photos are true to what it's like. Everything was clean and the place is in a fantastic location amoungst shops and restaurants.

Cons: The communication from the hosts is awful and needs to be addressed. You can't get them on the phone and although everything went smoothly with my checkin I would worry how you would get in if there was a problem as no one answers the phone. I booked this property 7 months before my stay and needed to extend it by one night. I had already paid so the host sent me an email saying my extra night was approved and a link to pay for the extra night. 1 day later I found that my whole booking had been cancelled and was non refundable. The host had sent me an email to pay for the extra night, I didn't see it FOR ONE DAY and they cancelled my non refundable booking. I quickly rebooked the property thinking this would be an easy thing to sort out but the host refused to give me a refund and didn't pick up all 9 of my phone calls. Booking tried calling them and also had no luck. Luckily, I paid with KLARNA who (also couldn't contact the host) gave me a full refund. Be warned, the place is beautiful but if something goes wrong the host can't be reached by phone / doesn't want to be reached.

Highly recommended spacious apartment

Pros: Fabulous spacious apartment just minutes from Grote Markt. Very central location for shopping, food and sughtseeing. We loved the way it was decorated. Kitchen including essentials like oil & some spices, fully stocked with cooking utensils and including a dishwasher. Super comfortable beds! Small balcony at the front (just enough space for standing).

Cons: You could stay here with 6 persons but to reach the toilet at night you'd have to pass through one bedroom. We used the two bedrooms at the back so this was not an issue for us!

Brilliant location for a young couple in quality apartment

Pros: Quality of fittings, well thought out interior design touches, location in city centre, classic high-ceiling Belgium town house

Cons: It is unfair to say ‘did not like’ as the apartment was exactly as profiled. However, there are elements that could cause other guests staying longer some concerns whereas for us for one night they were merely observations . The toilet/bathroom separation was material enough to mention, ultra steep staircase would be very difficult for anyone with mobility issues, building work directly outside could be annoying if stayed in apartment longer.

Pros: Spacious apartment in a good location, with comfortable beds. The interior is questionable - including fake books.

Cons: We found old dog poo (?) in one of the bedrooms which was really disgusting. We couldn’t reach the owner and he never responded to us on this.

Amazing place

Pros: We loved everything, it was a comfortable place to stay for two family members who want their own bedroom. I agree with some of the reviewers that the layout is a bit of an issue as one of the bedrooms serves also as a passage, but for us that was not an issue, since we just didn't use it. The kitchen is amazing, coffee machine, dinning area, there was a lot of thought put into designing this place and it shows. Lots of small details around the house that made the stay extremely comfortable and nice. The location is also great. The place was also very clean and felt well taken care of.

Cons: Generic paintings that cheapen the look of the house and the strong smelling room fragrance in the hallway. The white couch and carpet could use a clean. These are small issues that are easily solved.
