Very charmant visit of Ghent

Pros: The room was perfect ! Very confortable and well designed/decorated. The place is very quiet and charming while very near every interesting place of the old city of Ghent, you can do anyrhing by walk.

Amazing location and fun bikes

Pros: The location is fantastic - very close to the centre and walking distance from everything. We liked the decor and it was comfortable. The bikes are a great feature and we had a coffee machine in our room which was nice.

Cons: We had a lot of mosquitoes in our room which was annoying and bothersome at night. I have flagged this to the host via WhatsApp which I hope they will resolve.

Pros: Very well located for access to the old town and mainly quiet at night. Bikes available although we didn't use them. Extra tea and coffee always available.

Cons: The shower drain was blocked.

Wonderful boutique hotel in great location!

Pros: Loved the nespresso machine in the room. It was easy to get in and out, and great location. Loved having access to bicycles. Perfect central location for walking and exploring Gent. Very stylish, simple and well appointed. Perfect place to stay! Wonderful!

Cons: I'd prefer an easier method to unlock bikes, but not a big deal. Loved having free bikes as guests, super amenity!

Easy walk into town, spacious room

Pros: Spacious room and bathroom. Room had views of the belfry tower. Easy walk into the main part of town. bikes were available for use if you wanted.

Cons: parts of the room felt like they were still under renovation and looked unfinished.

Worth it

Pros: Great location - quiet street but easy walk to central Ghent. Beautiful lounge. Tea and coffee facilities. Very clean. I liked the tiny balcony which my room (number 3 ) had.

Cons: Room was on the small side but ok just for me. The bed was comfortable enough but it felt cheap and the mattress moved easily.

Pros: The common kitchen and dining area was great. The free coffee and machine were very welcome. The neighbourhood was very quiet with a handy express supermarket very close by. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The free bikes were a bonus too. 😀👏

Great location and wonderful bikes

Pros: The location was quiet and close to the centre. The room was large and with a nice, big walk-in shower. The in-room Nespresso machine was great for kick-starting the day. The ability to just borrow a bike was wonderful and I saw much more of the city as a result, however, the first one I took didn’t have working lights, something I didn’t spot until it was dark!

Cons: The little things were just lacking - the shower-head leaked, the soap was empty, there was no tourist info, the room was a little sparse, with no pictures or photos and just lots of bare, empty shelves, and the bikes could do with a bit of a smarten up, but none of this impacted hugely in my enjoyment of my stay.

A lovely place and the owner was very helpful

Really enjoyed staying here. Loved Ghent, hope to be back one day.

Pros: Lovely room and bathroom was perfect. Great to be able to use the kitchen. Brilliant location and access to bikes for exploring on was an additional bonus.
