Very good location

Pros: The room was comfortable and in general the property was very close to the centre

Cons: The air-condition wasn't working properly and the room was cold. However finally have been provided with oil radiator and the room was warm. Another thing i didn't like is that doesn't list on booking website that the property doesn't have elevator. Last who is considering to book the parking with extra charge that the property offers with limited spaces. Be aware that the parking is not very close when you park the car ( another build next to the property that on -2 floor is where you must park). However your exit is from the opposite side of the property through another hotel (0 floor) and you need to carry your luggage all around the build to go to the property.

Nice hotel minutes walk from main attractions.

Pros: Irina was very welcoming. Breakfast was great. Room was spacious and the location was perfect.

Pros: Amazing location in the middle of Ghent . Large rooms with beautiful high ceilings. Nice welcoming touches with tea, coffee and fruit. Parking garage was handy to have

Cons: Visitors should be aware that there is no lift. Room was a little dusty.

Sumptuous rooms in a perfect location

Pros: Huge rooms, very nicely appointed with big comfy beds.

A wonderful stay in Ghent, made even better by the warm hospitality at La Lys Rooms & Suites.

Pros: Everything was perfect! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal, close to the city center, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Cons: There was nothing to complain about — everything met or even exceeded our expectations.

Pros: Everything was clear and easy, making it a pleasant short stay in Ghent.Nothing significant to report. The stay was straightforward and met expectations. Any minor details were negligible and did not impact the overall experience.

Cons: The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, close to the city center and convenient for exploring Ghent on foot. Even for a short stay, the accommodation offered a calm and pleasant atmosphere.

Memorable visit to a beautiful destination, one which we will always treasure.

Pros: We loved the location so close to the Christmas markets that we had come to visit. The room we booked was for four people and was a really good size and equipped fully. It was a lovely room and we could not fault our host Irina. Breakfast was ample and beautifully laid out. We would definitely recommend a stay.

Cons: The only issue we had was late in the evening when the internet connection kept freezing / buffering, but we also understand that some things are note in the control of our hosts, and so it wasn't a huge issue at all. I had some work emails to look over so it was a bit frustrating ( but my wife was happy that the internet was down :) ).

Lovely room, lovely staff, perfect location.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent and really thoughtfully presented. The location was perfect for a walk into town - just a couple of minutes. The tram stopped right outside the hotel. Very good all round.
