Excellent

Pros: We had a great stay, the decoration and style is amazing, the staff is friendly and it was a very quiet room with double windows to eliminate the noise from the street outside. Location is great too.

Cons: The door of the toilet was not shutting, making this private time not too private. It was also non see-through glass but still you felt a bit exposed.

Pros: That's definitely a designers little dream. All the little details are amazing and we almost felt no need to go out. But Ghent itself is such a marvellous place that we couldn't just sit on the original Togo and listen to a truly HiFi system. The location is great to reach everything in walking distance. Our host came to check us in and show us everything. Unknowingly we came during the film week and the town was full and parties were going on everywhere. It was an amazing atmosphere.

Cons: At arrival we learned that we had to pay 50Eur extra for the second bed. Our booking however, clearly stated two bedrooms, instead were charged 50Eur for parking our motorcycles in one private parking bay behind the house since the nearby public parking garage would not accept motorcycles. This was absolutely unnecessary and disappointing especially since we had to wait 20 minutes next morning until we could get our bikes out again. It was sheer luck that we made it to the ferry in time.

We will return a must if visiting Ghent

Pros: This place is very stylish and done nicely with a person with excellent taste and attention to detail. It’s unique and a must stay. Vincent is a true cultured kind gentleman :) Vincent our host was very welcoming and is a proud owner of the beautifully made place.

Cons: There is nothing you cannot like about the property.

Unique hotel in the spirit of Ghent

Pros: The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Ghent, very close to everything. It's a unique place that reflects the spirit of the city. We loved our room - it was spacious and cosy. Vincent is an amazing host - very welcoming. It was easy to park the car.

Cons: Be aware that there is no sauna in the room.

Brilliant individual room with hot tub and great host!

Pros: The Shanghai suite is a really funky room, very well themed throughout, it’s a really large space, great comfy bed, sofa, bath and huge shower wet room , and private courtyard with a hot tub. Amazing. Host Vincent was really friendly and helpful.

Cons: Just for our preference, we would have preferred a kettle in the room rather than in a shared kitchen and the toilet whilst private didn’t have a separate door but many wouldn’t mind that. Overall a brilliant venue.

Pros: Exceptionell and very special place in the crnter if the old citty. Everything is close to property. Everything inside is story for it self. In it sekf ghis property is great dxpiriance.

Fantastic, would definitely stay again

Pros: Great room, apartment above and beyond expectations. Hosts were fantastic. Recommended!

Cons: Warm days, maybe a plug in pedestal fan would be handy but not the end of the world! Loved it!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. Great location to walk everywhere. Room was stylish. Attention to detail could be a little better, no hand towels, had to ask for wifi details and where tea/coffee was located, otherwise happy.
