Numa Brussels Lief

Loved it !

Pros: I loved the place is beautiful and quality, good localisation and I felt safe. Awesome organisation and services.

Cons: Maybe the services should be easier to reach ( i got the late check out cos i sent a private message to the host)

Excellent location

Pros: Communication before arrival was excellent and check-in/check-out were very easy. Everything operates via pin code (main entrance, lift and room doors), which made us feel extremely safe and secure. The location is great, only a 3-minute walk from Anneessens metro station and around 10 minutes on foot to the city centre, shops, attractions and Manneken Pis. Our fourth-floor room was spacious and well-equipped with a safe, coffee machine and pods, tea, complimentary chocolate and bottled water. We appreciated the individual toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion). The free gym, laundromat and microwave in the basement are great additions, especially for longer stays.

Cons: One of the complimentary water bottles had already been used. The refrigerator did not work despite the light being on and adjusting the temperature dial. The bin was quite small and the lid was difficult to use. We could occasionally hear conversations and plumbing at night, but it didn’t disturb our sleep.

Great location and a comfortable stay. Would come back for sure!

Pros: Huge, comfy bed and excellent location (very short walk to the centre of Brussels and also close to zuid station!).

Cons: Pillows were actually too soft. Also no reception.

Pros: Position (10 walking minutes from the Grand Place), room sizes and free luggage lockers.

Cons: I don't like moquette everywhere (room and external aisles)

Amazing!

Pros: I could easily check-in and check-out on WhatsApp. Also, there were disposable slippers, some snacks and drinks. Those things surprised and delighted us.

Cons: When we used the bin, its lid flipped over and its underside was quite dirty. However, we understand it might be hard to keep every detail perfect.

Pros: Self check-in was very easy. Our room was very clean and big enough. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and also big enough. There was a capsule coffee machine and a kettle. I especially liked the oatly milk creme for our coffees. it was very toughtful for vegans like us. The building was very nice from outside also inside. I like Numa in general. the location is very central. We've walked to Grand Place and the other locations.

Cons: there's nothing i didn't like. everything was really good. The toilette and bathroom was seperated. that was not a problem for us but i tell this for information. Maybe self check in could've hard but the application and whatsapp system works perfectly.

We really liked the accomodation and we recommend it.

Pros: We really loved the central location, the comfy bed and the facilities (kettle, iron, mini fridge, coffee machine).

Cons: We didn’t receive slippers and it would be useful.

Comfortable, convenient and great location.

Pros: Room was big and very well located, nice views to a cute square close to the city center, bed was comfortable, snacks in the fridge were a nice gesture. In general, very convenient and easy.

Cons: The shower design didn't work great, since no matter how you showered a lot of water got spilled over creating a bit of a mess in the bathroom floor. It was the only issue I had the rest was great.

Perfect for my first solo trip

Pros: I loved everything. The location and facilities. The design of the room and the space. The free treats and the smart TV. Felt like I never left home

Cons: It was a bit dusty/not the cleanest. I understand it's weekly cleaning but a little vacuum wouldn't hurt :)

Enjoyed our 2 night stay

Pros: Good location Comfortable bed Chrome cast for tv (can watch your own Netflix) Spacious room

Cons: No staff on site, felt a bit dystopian Shower head and bathroom tap had a lot of scum/calcium/mould
