Excellent place close to midi station

Pros: Comfortable bed. Breakfast available. Location near Midi station.

Cons: Half a shower door and basin plug missing.

Good location and easy to get to the hotel

Pros: The receptionist was friendly and helpful approachable, also had a good manners

Cons: Early check out, I would like to be at least 12:00 for the next time

Short and sweet, its clean, comfortable with friendly staff. The room was extensive for one person.

Pros: This hotel is in a supurb location for a few days visit to Brussels. Its not the Ritz but its not Ritz prices. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Its a good value hotel in a supurb location.

Cons: It looks like there is work in progress hopefully that will be undertaken in the near future.

Okay room in a loud neighbourhood .

Pros: Size of the room was good, shower was powerful, bathroom was huge, easy access with keycards, good sized table as well

Cons: the hallway smelt bad, there were smashed lights on the floor outside the room, phone table in room was broken, TV remote was broken. The area was somewhat scary and loud outside all night.

In this hotel you still get some comfort for the price paid

Pros: The hotel is located close to Brussels Midi / Zuid train station, which is very convenient if you arrive and depart by train. The neighbourhood is reportedly unsafe, but I did not have any problems there. The hotel was reasonably clean and WiFi worked well.

Great location and cheap price for 1 night

Pros: Booked a twin room but got given a very cramped 4 person room with a bunk bed. Beds were super comfy. To stay for 1 night and be so close to the station for the price was very good. Shame it was ruined by neighbours.

Cons: - hallways stank badly of cigarette smoke - balcony door lock was broken so could be opened from both sides - loud neighbours shouting, screaming and banging doors for hours and could hear everything because walls are very thin

Perfect for a short inexpensive stay

Pros: Location was really nice: next to the main station and 25' walking distance from the center. The room was big and convenient. The staff was really kind.

Cons: Thin walls, a bit noisy. Busy but quick elevator. Shower water pressure not great (either it was too much water and cold or too little and hot). To us, not important flaws for a short stay.
