Near Brussels Midi station

Pros: Great to have a kettle! Great pile of pillows. Very convenient for the station. Good for solo traveller.

Cons: Not sure why it qualifies as 4* despite the above.

Ideal for early departure on Eurostar.

Pros: Location was ideal for Bruxelles-Midi train station. The room was compact but well furnished and comfortable. More than adequate for an overnight stay and early departure. Bathroom was nicely fitted

Pros: The hotel is perfectly placed for the rail connection. Clean, staff are excellent and 5 minutes from MIDI railway. Restaurant is fine if you don't want to go out. Baggage storage if you are not leaving until the afternoon. They do a great job

Great stay in Brussels.

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy for us to shop and get around. The reception staff were also very friendly.

Cons: The housekeeping team did not replenish the water daily; as a result, I had to approach the reception to request it.

Comfortable and clean hotel with friendly staff - very close to Midi station

Pros: The staff was very friendly. My room was very large, clean and very comfortable.

Cons: The hotel is rather small, thus common areas like restaurant and lobby are quite tiny and not exactly what one might expect from a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was ok, but the variety and quality was below the standards of other 4-star hotels. The immediate proximity to Midi station is good for people in transit, but a drawback for guests who want to enjoy Brussels: this is a rather problematic neighborhood, no good restaurants or shops nearby, and not recommended for walking around in the later evenings (especially alone).

Comfortable stay.

Pros: Comfortable and sizeable rooms, recently refurbished. Friendly front of house staff who allowed us to check in early. Good location next to Brussels Midi and a good place for an overnight stay if you want to be near the station. A 15-20 min walk into the main city/old town.

Cons: Wasn't much around the hotel as near the station but we knew that, and our stay was just one evening.

Very good hotel, although the location is a little off track.

Pros: The room was on the 5th floor, it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was good and had a good selection.

Cons: The information about the parking (in English) wasn’t as detailed as the one in French. We thought the hotel had its own parking lot, but we had to use and pay for a public parking. Anyway, the staff was nice and gave us all the information.
