Pros: The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom spacious enough. The receptionist was very friendly and even gave me a free upgrade to a slightly larger room, with fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. It was also pretty quiet, which was very welcome. I was also able to check in slightly early, which I also appreciated.

Cons: My key stopped working before I checked out and could not be fixed, so I was without electricity and stuck in my room for about an hour. The staff were very attentive in trying to fix it, but seemingly it was a difficult problem.

Pros: A comfortable room, clean and tidy, conveniently located near the station if you need to travel. Nice bar as well.

Great location and an amazing place to stay.

Pros: The location is very good, close to the train station and surrounded by all amenities. The room was very clean and the bar downstairs is a huge plus.

Cons: Sometimes just outside the property you will see some bad elements standing but just ignore them.

Excellent hotel.

Pros: The rooms were so warm. After being out in the cold weather for most of the day, it was lovely to come back to a warm room. Staff were very helpful when required.

Pros: Proximity to the railway station. Having its own bar and restaurant.

Cons: The shower cubicle was awkward to use.

A central stay in Brussels

Pros: Location was excellent. Our room was spacious so the baby cot fit in just fine. Train station right across the road. There was a Metro entrance right underneath the hotel .

Cons: Having to pay to leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout.

Pros: Location was great, the train station, metro and buses right across the road. Really busy outside but I couldn’t hear anything from the room (I stayed on the 5th floor)

Cons: Pillows were too soft, no support at all. The carpet looks dated.

Pros: Excellent central location, great base for exploring the city

Cons: Was very warm in all areas of hotel, rooms, bar area, reception and breakfast hall. Probably more of a personal thing as prefer things to be cooler than warmer. In my case could only lower room temp by opening windows and being so central was a small amount of outside noise
