Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean well equipped room. Close to Brussels midi, very convenient for an overnight stay begore continuing our journey.

Cons: bricklike pillows with no give what so ever. Slept much better without them.

Amazing, couldn't have asked for a better service from the hotel!

Pros: Our stay at Novotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The level of service we received was top-class, and we truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout our visit. A special thank you to Éleonone, who went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday incredibly special — it’s a memory we will cherish forever. Her attention to detail and kindness made all the difference. We highly recommend the breakfast: fresh, great-quality food with an excellent variety to suit everyone. Our room was outstanding — comfortable, spotless, and very quiet — we slept extremely well. Thank you, Novotel, for your wonderful hospitality. We will definitely be recommending your hotel and will happily be using Novotel again in the future.

Cons: Location was very accessible from the train station and bus terminal. Area is a bit run down but we didnt stay in the area as we were out sightseeing all day!

Great staff, great location and lovely hotel

Pros: Clean, friendly reception staff and had everything we needed in the room. Great location as it’s close to both Brussels Centre and the train station. Mentioned that we were there for my mum’s 60th birthday so they offered us a free breakfast which was lovely. 10/10 stay!! Would definitely come back.

A very pleasant stay

Pros: The receptionist Eleanor was very helpful, giving us recommendations of where to visit and eat. The rooms were big and spacious

Cons: It was quite loud outside and the rooms got quite hot at night and we could get the air conditioner to work (was on certain settings that only management could change)
