Great hotel with nice staff and amazing price/quality value

Pros: I was able to check in late and there was still staff! The rooms are great. Not to big but in a really nice state and updated hotel room. The staff was helpful and friendly both in the evening as in the morning. They don't have a keycard for the room but a code which is nice as it is send to your email. What was the best is the price. I' haven't had such a nice hotel for this price in years.

Cons: To find parking in the area late at night is a little bit of a challenge. Next time I've to prepare this better as it will save time.

A stylish hotel with great food, service, and views, with room for a few practical improvements.

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The interior design was modern and beautiful, and the restaurant on-site was especially elegant and thoughtfully decorated. Both the cocktails and the food were incredible, and the service at the restaurant truly stood out — the staff were attentive, professional, and very friendly. We stayed on the 5th floor, and the view from our room was fantastic, offering a really beautiful cityscape. All of the hotel staff we interacted with were warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

Cons: The room did not have a proper closet — only a few open hangers and shelves — which meant we had to live out of our suitcases for the entire stay, and that wasn’t very convenient. There was also no fridge or minibar in the room, just a coffee machine. Additionally, housekeeping tended to clean the rooms quite late in the afternoon rather than in the morning, which was a bit unusual compared to what we’re used to. The gym was also very poorly equipped. While we had seen this mentioned in other reviews and somewhat expected it, it was still disappointing. There is only one treadmill and one bench, making it extremely difficult to get a proper workout, especially when multiple guests are using the gym at the same time — which happened often. This is an area where the hotel should really invest in improvements.

Cons: The noise from the next-door rooms. Not insulated well walls. It would be useful to have available on the room a hairdryer for example.

Pros: The facility is pleasant, elegant and extremely clean.The staff is extremely friendly. We are very satisfied, we would come back again.

Cons: It's a little further from the center, but it's a 5-minute metro ride.
