A lovely base for exploring Antwerp
Pros: This hotel had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!
Cons: We didn't get a double bath that we'd hoped for in our room, and the shower wasn't great - it was leaking from the hose attached to the tap...

Our stay was wonderful — spacious rooms, great amenities, and overall a very comfortable experience.
Pros: The hotel rooms were incredible! We booked two — a double room and a family room — and they were honestly some of the best we’ve ever stayed in. Both were very spacious, and the family room even had its own walk-in closet. The closet was modern, with glass doors, giving the room a classy and elegant touch.
Cons: The only downsides I noticed were that the sofa in the double bedroom was torn, and the radiator in the bathroom had some rust on it. Parking at the hotel costs €21 per night, and if the main car park is full, guests are directed to another one just a two-minute walk away. However, street parking is free after 10 p.m. — you can leave your car there until 9 a.m. without charge, and then pay using the “EasyPark” app (location code AN103 — though it’s worth double-checking this). This can be a good way to save money if you plan to use your car early in the morning. The receptionist did mention the free parking after 10 p.m., but she wasn’t aware of the exact location code or how the app worked. Not a major issue, but having that extra bit of information could be helpful, especially for elderly guests.

Good hotel with a good breakfast about 20 mins walk from old centre.
Pros: The room was large with a walk in wardrobe and a huge comfortable bed. Coffee and tea making facilities were also in the room. There was a lift to every floor and friendly staff. It was very quiet at night which helped in having a good nights rest. The breakfast was very good too with everything you could want. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the old town where there is lots to see. Restaurants can be found on the same route in about 10 minutes walk.
Cons: The room we stayed in had a separate toilet which didn’t have any hand washing facilities, so you had to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom to wash your hands! And the lights that come on when you get up in the night were very annoying as they came on when you weren’t even moving! The staff were mostly good except for the last morning when the breakfast room seemed to be run by two young ‘men’ who spent more time acting like idiots around the breakfast area rather than filling up empty breakfast items or clearing tables. That seemed to be left to the poor girl who was working with them. Maybe one of the women who worked through the week and did an excellent job could train these people up to act in a professional manner.

Pros: Nice room on top floor with terrace, lots of light. Staff were friendly and very quick responsive when I had questions or requests. No problems at all with Wifi. Location is very good, if you leave the central station from the south exit is it just 10 minutes walk.
Cons: Very small thing: you have your personal share of the terrace with chairs and table, which is very nice, separated from the terrace next to yours by a transparent fence, so in fact not a lot of privacy in the terrace.
