Pros: Pretty comfortable and clean. I liked the location the best

Cons: Self check-in at arrival was inconvenient. As a tired tourist the last thing I want to do when arriving to a hotel is take out my phone, scan QR code and fill in a survey just to check-in.

Pros: This was our second stay at the hotel. We love its location, very convenient. And the hotel has nice lounge area as well as a comfy room.

Cons: We would have expected them to clean the room at least once every two days.

Lovely stay, would stay here again :)

Pros: This hotel is in a great location for central Brussels. It is very walkable and the metro is close by too. It feels quite suburban and safe. Nice restaurants directly opposite the hotel, which were lovely in the evening.

Cons: The room was a good size and clean. However, compared to the entrance/ reception area, it was a lot more basic.

Pros: The room was perfect. The breakfast was good, but it didn’t have that much variety. If you have another option for breakfast, take it.

Cons: If general everything was fine for the price. I have no critics about the place.

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located, close to the shops and only 20 min on foot to the old town. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms spacious and the car park straight below the building. BTW, it’s worth doing the check-in online, before your arrival.

Pros: The hotel is clean, the hall with bar service is very nice, the staff is kind. Easy check-in and check-out.

Cons: The check-out at saturday and sunday is at 11:00 am. We have to leave on saturday, but at 10:00 someone knocked our room and immediately later has opened the door, then he closed it and went away. Obviously we woke up. However we left the room at 11:00 without any problems, but it was not very kind .Except this the staff was so nice and kind.

Pros: The room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. Multiple clean towels, big bathtub, all in all a bit older and not 100% new and clean but nice. Nice lobby and everything, there's a self service shop and a bar, and even a pool table!

Great place to stay

Pros: Room was great- plenty of space and comfortable to stay in. Staff were also very helpful with advice and helping store luggage after check out.
