Pros: Everything was very good and perfectly organized. The hotel was clean, and the location was excellent โ very convenient and close to everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would especially like to mention the Albanian guy at the reception โ he was very kind, helpful, and welcoming. He made our stay even better with his positive attitude and willingness to assist us with everything.

Very good value for money in Brussels
Pros: Simple hotel with everything you need for a short stay in Brussels. Good size double room, clean and fresh looking. Very convenient location right in front of Metro exit and 15 minutes walking from the city center.
Cons: Nothing to say. Very nice hotel.

The hotel is comfortable, but the neighborhood really takes away from the overall experience.
Pros: The hotel itself was good, the rooms were spacious, very clean, and itโs conveniently close to the heart of the city, making sightseeing easy.
Cons: The surrounding area felt very strange and unsafe, especially at night. For a girlsโ trip, I wouldnโt recommend choosing this location, which is disappointing given how close it is to the city center.

Nice, we will come again.
Pros: We had to change rooms, we wanted to come a day earlier than expected. The first room (for one day) had a good bed, even though it was too small; the next room (for 5 days) had a bigger bed (we both are over 1.90 meter) but the bed had no legs, so it was on the ground. Both of us have severe knee problems, so getting on our knees to get in and out of bed was not/hardly possible (don't ask how we did it, we must have looked ridiculous; also, we should have spoken to staff, but moving one time was enough). The rest was fine, good, super: bathroom, chairs, cupboards, lights, tv, table, wifi/internet, breakfast. Staff was super!

Nice, will stay again
Pros: Staff. Check-in and check-out. Elevators, stairs, lobby. Room. Bathroom. Breakfast.
Cons: Bed: the size was ok. But because of the design of the room, it was apparantle decided to let the bed have no legs, so it was basically on the floot. My partner lacks a meniscus in her left knee, so she cannot kneel, and I had to help her into and out of bed, which was painful and unpleasant. We did not discuss this with staff, but we should have done so.
