Beautiful hotel with a spacious, exceptionally clean room, great location near the bus station, and very friendly staff.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, and the room was even more impressive—spacious, bright, and exceptionally clean. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the bus station, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, adding to the overall positive experience.

Pros: Staff were helpful on arrival. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons: Shower room/toilet smelt mouldy, due to there being no extractor fan in there. The shower screen did not stop water soaking the floor. Lampshades missing from the bedside lights. No sockets at the bedsides.

Pros: Everything was very good - the room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The location is very good either.

Cons: Not critical but just a couple of things that need attention: 1) Must be that the cleaners started hoovering the hallway at 8:30 hitting our door by the head of the vacuum cleaner for several times which woke us up 2) The location of the sockets is a bit strange if you need to use the kettle. Had to move it to the bed all the time Otherwise everything was great, thanks!

Pros: Staff were very kind and when I asked to check in a bit earlier they just made everything easy. They just checked for availability and then made it happen -no big fuss, no extra charges. It made a difference for me. Very smooth experience.

Pros: Super clean room, very polite staff at the front desk! One of the best value for money hotel across Brussels. Much more worthy than other overpriced hotels near by! Definitely recommend, thumbs up!!
